DKI WINS FOR TWO PROJECTS AT ASID DESIGN EXCELLENCE AWARDS
DKI won two awards at the ASID Design Excellence Awards ceremony at Laguna Gloria! Whim Floral - Retail/Hospitality and Whit's Inn - Recreational Facility. Both are part of the Whim Hospitality Family and are located in Dripping Springs, Texas.
“I can almost hear Elizabeth Taylor telling James Dean to take this ottoman up to ‘the big house’ for Rock Hudson in the movie Giant. A touch of old-world class with that hair-on-hide top that drawls Texas chic. This fabulous, one-of-kind piece would be at home with a mix of mid-century modern and antiques—what a find.”
